This trip to Norm Reeves Toyota was a make or break for the deaership. After my mileage was entered incorrectly at my last visit, my insurance company saw the carfax information and raised my rate because it was perceived that I drove 10,000 miles in 4 months. The service manager graciously took ownership of the situation and gave me a complimentary oil change as well as wiper blade replacement. This satisfied my frustration and gave me the confidence that NRT stands with their customers. Great work.

When my car was returned to me, the “swipe” button on the steering wheel that changes the radio station as well as others functions, no longer works. When I try to call and find out how to get this problem resolved all I get is AI. The AI has no clue what I’m talking about. I need someone to call me and let me know how to solve this problem.

I always go for a walk after I drop my truck off. When I got back from my walk- I noticed my truck was done so I went inside and asked an associate (I couldn’t see her name). She wasn’t the one who checked me in so she asked for my last name- I said Kurtz. She went and found my paperwork and then asked, “Christine?” When I corrected her and politely said, “it’s Christanne”, she remarked, “close enough.” That was extremely rude and dismissive. It may seem like a little thing and maybe it just isn’t important to your associates to identify their clients correctly. However, there are thousands of women named Christine and very few named Christanne so when someone calls me by something other than Christanne- I would be remiss not to make sure they have the right person.

My car was not fixed, got the run around with unable to locate a specific part, that is the main reason I took my car to the place where I originally bought the car trusting that I would be taken care off. After this experience this would be the last place where I would do business with and recommend family and friend's, giving the fact that both of my daughters have purchased cars at this dealer ship, I’m verv verv disappointed and heart broken that the the dealer ship where I bought three NEW cars where unable to fix my car. I felt that my car wasn't and not going to be ouched by a ten foot pole. Sad to say that I'm going to take my business elsewhere even for recomended and required services, customer service mediocre.
