I didn’t receive a proper update regarding the fog light issue and the noise from the driver-side door glass window. I drove all the way from Woodland Hills, about 60 miles, since I purchased my car here. Unfortunately, I haven’t had a positive experience when discussing these issues.
The service advisor didn’t provide any positive response and only performed an oil change. Do I really need to travel this far just to get an oil change? I even mentioned that the Keys Honda showroom in Woodland Hills didn’t provide good service, which is why I came here.
Traveling from ZIP code 91367 to West Covina takes around 2 hours each way—nearly 4 hours total—and I’m disappointed with the lack of resolution. Based on this experience, I would rate it 3 out of 10.

Deliver my car Friday to get service for some reason my car sounds like a racing car. People were saying it sound like something is loose in the engine. Louie was great but the technician who worked on my car left my tires at 3 tires at 39psi and 1 @ 32psi. I had to pay a tire shop $20 to check I didn’t have a leak but turns out it was not aired properly, it’s unacceptable that the technician would be so careless with a customers car!!!
