I was charged more than usual. I was called about one thing and when I reviewed the report there are like 7 things in red. This is terrible customer service. Sad my regular service advisor is no longer available.

I had a scheduled appointment but waited approximately 45 minutes past check-in while other customers were assisted. I was told someone would be with me shortly, but there were no updates, and I had to cancel other appointments.
The TPMS issue was resolved; however, I was charged a $200 diagnostic fee for what ultimately was a configuration issue related to the spare sensor, which did not feel fair given no component failure.
This vehicle is a lease, and I would consider future Toyota service and leasing, but the overall service experience did not meet expectations.
