That is a loaded question. Joseph Vargas was great. So we're the people I had to deal with. There were a few issues. The kid that brought a car for me, the loaner, gave me one with low tire pressure. I had to ask them to check all of the tires for nails. There was a nail and they had to bring another car. Just young and should have seen the low pressure warning sign before trying to give me the car. I guess the quality of the young hires is not what it used to be. Always on their phone. Maybe customer service training. You asked.

When I pulled up none of the porters in the front greeted me. There were multiple boys standing around out front and they couldn't have the courtesy to pay attalention and greet a customer. Leo was absolutely amazing on the other hand and I'm glad he was my service advisor. Will still be back but you need to train the guys at the front.

John Beck was professional and courteous. He provided detailed information about the recall. My only question would be my invoice with zero cost for a recall did state performed complimentary multi point inspection and tire pressure inspection. Neither of these items were performed as the vehicle did not leave the service drive up lane and no technician reviewed the vehicle. It was discovered in driveway the vehicle did not have the recall affected product installed.
