Leo helped me despite the fact I gad no appointment, and made it clear who he was handing me off to when his shift ended so that I wasn’t in the dark about who to talk to.
From when my battery went dead at home to guiding me through who to call for a tow to receiving me at the Service Center, he was absolutely great and gracious the whole time. It was very calming having Leo help me through a stressful time with a bew purchase.
