my car was promised by 1:15 and i had to call the dealership at 3:00 because there was no update whatsoever on the status of my car. when i called, my technician was not available to give me an update. finally, i went to pick up my car and the service person that was helping me was not at his desk but he was sitting somewhere else on his phone. when i asked the man at the front desk if my service person was available, he said “yes that’s him in the hat” and he said he would call him up for me. i waited and watched and as my technician was walking out, the other associate finally told him that he had a customer waiting for him. i’m assuming he left for the day because my service technician didn’t bother to look back, he just laughed with the other associate and left. when i went back to the front desk to ask who can help me with my car since my technician left, he gave me a vague “just go to the back and someone will help you.” finally, i had to ask a woman in the back if she could help me and she, understandably, was confused because she did not have my paperwork since she wasn’t my original service technician. i had questions regarding my service that she could not answer but at that point i was too frustrated to even try to talk to anyone else so i had to sign and then leave.

John was was nowhere to be found at time of pick up, went in to look for help to pay saw some big dude with thin slick back hair and from the getgo he was bothered that I asked him for help,told him the vehicle model he walk away say "that doesn't f***ing help me" I asked the a**hole what's the deal with the attitude hes just turned red and started breathing harder than he already was. Poor service this time

I came on my appointment time 11:30, as per the advisor it will take up to 2.5 hours. I asked the advisor for updates when I saw him after 2 hours, promised to come back to me, he did not, sent him message on the number provided by toyota when they got my car but again no answers. It took me up to 14:30 to get my car ready after me have to go speak with him for the 3rd time when I discovered that my car still not inn yet.

I went there around 1:30 pm they call for having a appointment but when i went there the service staff said he can’t do anything for the update for the service and it will take more then 4 our 5 hours so what happened when you been waiting and still they did fix the issue so I don’t no what to say anymore and I have to go back to drop off the car again to fix the update service problem . So next time when. Someone make a appointment to make sure they do there service inside waiting for and then there is nothing done with it

John was great but his team’s lack of communication to him messed up my entire day. To make things worse the shuttle van broke down! John’s quick thinking solved that problem! He sent an Uber to pick me up so I could get my car! That was awesome.

Joseph has been great throughout the process but the issue is still persistent and the tech put in the wrong transmission fluid while doing the repair. The paperwork shows HCF2 CVT fluid used where the recommended 9 speed transmission fluid is ATF DW1. Follow up requested.
