My phone number on file was incorrect despite having prior appointments at this location. I told the gentleman that checked me in when I dropped off my car but that apparently wasn’t relayed to the service desk. This caused me to be unaware that my car was ready for pickup and not able to have my car for another 1.5 days (due to a Sunday when service is closed).

I brought my car in today for repairs and services. I was greeted and helped by John Beck. I was given nothing less than high quality service! He answered all my questions and concerns with patience and kindness! He was very detailed with his answers and explained thoroughly. He was also very prompt getting back to me. I appreciate him communicating to me that he was leaving for the day but that my car was ready and a Lyft ride was scheduled to pick me up and bring me to Honda. He made sure he took care of me before he left which made the process very smooth! Also, can’t forget Ernesto, he finished the check out process and once again his customer service was impeccable. I feel like a valued customer! Thank you for taking care of me every single time!!!
