Everyone who I worked with today was great and I appreciate that. I had an 8:45AM appointment today and I arrived at 8:30AM. I was told your team was busy and since I would be waiting it could be a 2-3 hr wait. I paid for my services at 12:45PM (4 hours ). I think you need to be more honest about wait times and should consider a better system for appointment scheduling. Had I known it was going to be 4 hours I would have planned my day differently. Thanks.

I wasn’t offered for my tire to be fixed they told me there was a nail in my tire and it was leaking also when I went to check in they gave me another name for the owner of the car but I have been the only owner also then they told me we didn’t service my car there when I know I did then I asked for the old proof of the service and they had it they couldn’t find my car when I was waiting 20 mins after I paid for it
