Excellent service. Q Holt is outstanding. He really knows what he is doing and takes tremendous care of the customer. I enjoy dealing with Q and because of him I always come back to Norm Reeves Toyota.

The finance department moe was great as well very direct and upfront
Even the service guy Erick that had to do the recall for it was very informative but unfortunately I got a call from some **** with an attitude telling me where’s his money? I’m like what ? He said you had till Monday to bring me a check and you didn’t now I’ll send it out to get financed a the highest apr with a **** **** attitude when I had already payed the car and dropped the check off
He needs to get off his high horse and respect people more the mistake was on his end not confirming but didn’t even get an apology or confirmation he just said well if I don’t call you back we have it once I told him it’s been payed for a week now I had my recite as proof Over all 4/5 just cause of the **** you guys hired
