Leo seemed upset that I waited in line to get my vehicle by leo. Customer service was rude. As I’m waiting in line he starts telling the customer in from of him how it’s so annoying that people always go up to him to pick up their cars and it takes time away from his job. I’m just confused how it’s not his job but is the first counter to go to when picking up a vehicle. Are we just supposed to know the mechanics faces and names ? So rude. Signs should at least be added with their names

I took my car to get it maintenance, he let me know my car had two recalls that same day one of the recalls was fixed and he helped me set a appointment to get my other recall fix. He explained what would be the process and made everything very easy and stress free.

Joshua was really helpful the only problem was that I was at the Toyota on Tuesday who ever was in charge on checking my car took 2 1/2 hours just to let me know they didn’t had my tire and that they were going to order it and today Wednesday the mechanics took an hour just to install a tire other than that if it wasn’t for Joshua they would off take longer he gives a great customer service , Thanks

My satisfaction with the service to replace my headlights was exceptional. I received total replacement of the headlights which I would not have without My service reps attention to detail. She saved me $99.00 dollars which I had already paid to the parts department. Which I had returned to me! Without her checking the recall list and verification that my car was on the list.
