Leo is an excellent service advisor I’ve been to other dealerships for service but they don’t take care of my car needs like Leo does he makes sure everything is done and all my needs are meet and doesn’t t keep me waiting too long! 10/10 on customer service

I brought my vehicle at 8 o’clock for my appointment didn’t get out till 230. They said it will be done at 10:30. I had to go over and ask about my vehicle and then they said they had to order the parts. It took six hours for them to find out they had to order apart. This is not on Crystal’s part. This is on your technician. six hours was kind of long to find out he had to order the part

Took my car in for oil change, once agent printed paperwork and was given a copy I was not tild by the agent that my complimentary oil change had expired or that I would have to pay the shown balance on the statement, agent just provided the paperwork and the only thing he asked me if I would wait in store or pik car up later, I told him I would wait and all he said was it would be ready between 3 and 3:30. So of course I was upset that I had to pay $130 for oil change .
