I was given 2 free oil changes by you service managers because your techs said they had rotated my tires and had not. I had marked my tires and showed both service managers to which they agreed and both gave me a free oil changes. The reason I got two was it happened on two different occasions. I did get a free oil change on this service but was told the other one would not be honored. So my thoughts are to start taking my business elsewhere.

My car is only serviced by you so you know everything about my car. The last two times I’ve been in I had a choice of three levels of service. The first time I chose the most expensive one, this last time I chose the middle level . With all the things they check none of them include replacing your car windshield wipers.
