I paid for oil change and tire rotation yet the Tires weren’t rotated, not happy. And how am I supposed to know if I need transmission service or not? I thought you guys have access to carfax and can see last transmission service or at least simply check if needed. How am I supposed to agree to a service and if I dont need it you will still charge? I dont know. That sounds weird. Tried giving you guys another chance but I feel let down yet again.
