Mike is always fantastic whenever I bring my car in for service at Honda. He’s super nice, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel like you can trust him. As far as George’s customer service is concerned, I am very satisfied! He was through in describing on what needs to be done on the paper work and gave me updates with the work and time of pick up. With regards to the work done on my vehicle, I am a bit disappointed since my radiator fluid is almost down to minimum line which obviously means that it’s not topped off when it clearly says on the paper work that “all fluids are topped off”. Now I’m concerned that other fluids might need some topping off other than the radiator fluid.

I had several issues with my experience, which was the first and likely last experience with this service center. 1) I made an appointment ahead of time. When I arrived i was told the wait time would be 2.5 hours and the appointment time was not when my car would be serviced but instead just the appointment to check in and my car would be in the line with every other car there. I do not recall this information being clear when I booked the appointment. Now that I am aware this is the case, I know to plan for that in the future. 2)I was offered a shuttle home and was told I could just remind the service provider when my car was completed that I needed the shuttle when they contacted me about my car being completed. I got a text that my car was completed at 12pm via text. I returned the text at 12:01 asking for the shuttle. At 12:12 I left a message at the service center asking for a return call about the shuttle. At 12:41 I had not received any response so I again texted asking about the shuttle. No response. I called the service center again at 1:04 and left another message. I sent another text at 1:08. I also used the chat function on the website and was connected with a person who then said they would forward for message to the team. I was in the process of calling and trying to reach someone through the appointments option and received an all capitals text message asking my address at 1:15. I promptly gave my address and was picked up a short time later. I expressed to both the driver and the service person that it was extremely hard to get ahold of anyone to arrange the return shuttle ride and I did not hear back for over an hour though i had called, texted, and used the chat feature. I picked up my car nearly 2 hours after it was completed. Had I known it would have been that difficult, I would not have taken the shuttle or arranged my own ride. It would be beneficial for future customers to have a system to track who needs the shuttle and a better way for those who need the shuttle to arrange for pick up.
