I made an appointment at 10AM for the sake of oil change. I had to wait until 1PM to get my vehicle back. I was there actually 9:45AM. When I got the estimate from him, it was $149. I showed the $25 discount coupon. When I paid at the cashier, the invoice said $152. You charged $175 and discounted $25. It looks like you charged me original estimate. I was totally dissatisfied with your service.

At 4 PM they texted asking if they can hold the car over. We responded shortly after saying yes but we need alternative transportation with no response back via text. I tried calling multiple times over the next few hours unable to get a hold of a single human being. Just kept getting automated text message back. Nobody’s responding to them not knowing what to do. I had to run (physically) to the dealership to find out my service advisor had left without getting a styled in luckily somebody there was able to get me an Uber home and Uber were back in the morning. Nobody called me the next day to let me know that the vehicle was ready. Nobody answered phone calls or text messages throughout the next day so again I physically ran over to the dealership to find out my car was “ready”. The paperwork said that they drove my vehicle multiple times and could not duplicate. The concern. Also said there was no fault stored. I find it hard to believe with multiple issues and warning displayed for safety features. Their drives must’ve been very unique as the mileage in and the mileage out was identical so I’m not really sure how they drove the vehicle several times must’ve been only a few inches. On my drive home from the dealership all of the warnings came right back on. I was also quoted $350 for our maintenance and when I went to pay my bill, it was magically $450. The assisting service advisor was kind enough to correct the charges since my quoted invoice was signed at 350 but no mention that it was gonna be $100 more and it seemed like you were just trying to slide it in. Prior to the service visit, my wife called to get it checked out when the warnings were on, and they said if the warnings were not currently on, there is nothing they could do to help us, also not true. DTC store errors regardless if currently present.

I spent approx 30 min to get out of my vehicle and get checked in. It took another 2 hours to learn that the dealership could not remedy the recall issue without purchasing parts, then another hour and fifteen minutes to get my car back. I understand that there were underlying issues with my car, but it would have been nice to get out of there in an hour or so instead of waiting for the entire morning.

Trevor was super nice and provided a great smooth experience for me. I called ahead and was able to know if i had warranty for my tires, which i did thankfully. I just got my civic last month and this was my first time at the service department. Next time i go i hope trevor is there to help me out again, appreciate everything trevor did for me today.

I came in this morning after making an appointment earlier the same morning. Made the appointment to have a de-carbonization done. I also mentioned to the service associate (not Julie Canales)an issue I was having with my windshield wipers. I described to him and fully understood that it would be handled as well. Upon meeting with Julie to pay for the service, I asked her if the windshield wiper issue had been resolved. She told me she knew nothing about it; that it was not investigated and went to say the issue would require diagnostics. She stated she believed my explanation and would find out why she was not told about it. Everything else about the service was fine, but I was quite disappointed at the lack of communication between Julie and the service associate who actually checked me in. If anyone else would like to discuss this matter with me, I would welcome and appreciate it. Thank you, Frank S
