Manny Sanchez was very UNFRIENDLY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. Did NOT go anything with me & didn’t even acknowledge where my car was parked. He was on cell phone, not even a thank you. The only thing, he did get my car in a great time frame. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Service was quite slow and communication throughout could have been much better. When scheduling the appointment online, I marked that I preferred receiving phone calls, but my whole service was communicated exclusively through text messages. There was generally a 10-30+ minute delay between text responses from the service adviser. I wasn’t given updates unless I reached out first. I was initially told that the repair would “take a few hours” and during an update that it “would be done shortly.” However, it still wasn’t done even after 2 hours from that update. The whole service took closer to 9 hours to be completed.

I got an alert saying to exit maintenance mode, hit ok. I hit ok and came back. I hit ok again and it came back. It wouldn’t play music.
I then had to get home and join a call.
Now my audio won’t play. It keeps looking like it’s going to prompt a message and then shuts off.
I’ve called 5 times, left 3 messages. I still havent gotten a reply.
