Car dropped off at 7:15 exactly as our appointment, issue explained clearly with tire issue and 60000 miles service is requested. From 8 am to 3 pm no update at all. Text, calls and voicemail were called to ask any update. At 3 we had to go check what is happening! No one is communicating with us. 3 pm, car had been Parked out. They had to wait 30 more minutes to check the status. The guy came back your car is fine just need tire balance and will be $230. Will take 30 minutes. Glad I talked to the manager and he stepped in. Worst service, they had the car from 7:45 am to 4:10 pm for one tire balance.

The first day when i purchased the car March of2025 i did not have agood experience because the dealer theft alarm was not disactivated and on monday morning lost a day of work and had towing expences i lost money because of the dealers negligence that till this day i feel i should had been reinbursted and said to myself never will i bring my car here again.but after this recent experience i am having a change of mind and believe i should only have my car service at a Honda dealer only.

What a great experience with Clayton today. I had an early appointment and needed to get back to work. Clayton provided my options and listen to my expectations. Clayton was quick and clear to understand the next steps. When my car was complete Clayton had a out to lunch sign up at his desk but said no problem he could help before he went to lunch. Clayton was a delight to work with and definitely makes me want to return for future service. Great customer service skills.

The transmission service was done, but the problem with the moon roof was not resolved, after I was assured that it was reprogrammed and fixed. It got stuck open on my way back from the dealership. Very disappointed. The fix lasted even less time than it did the last time they tried to fix it, which was less than a week.
