Been taking my car to norm reeves cerritos since I purchased my car back in 2021 Accord, and even before when I bought my 2004 Accord (both from this location). The only absolute 2 things I wish were better: 1. The wait times, 2. A shuttle service that can take you home (or loaners!).

I consider too long the waiting time for the service realized, and also the total amount for the service rendered was too high. I understand that in the estimate done at the beginning of the service is obviously lower than the final amount or total, but at least the customer should be advised that the total could be higher.
