Tony is awesome to work with! I have a very old Honda Odyssey 2007 and it needs help with a lot of stuff to make it run well. I would personally ask for Tony to work with me every time because he has shown to be very professional, friendly, trustworthy, smart and caring about my car as well as my budget too if I need to do a particular fix or it can wait just a little longer or I need something mechanical to explain things for me Tony is great at communicating this. I'm being screwed royally with my faulty AC in my Civic. You guys knew this was a problem and you failed to take care of it. Now you want 2480.00 dollars? The parts cost you only 300.00 dollar you want to charge me over 2000.00 to fix my AC. CRAZY! This is silly. The recall, the problem was more than just what you recalled. All those years and all my Hondas... so disappointing. I have another Honda with the same issue... waiting for the air to go out on that one...lets see what you say. Seriously I was going to buy another... this experience changed my mine so sad. SO SAD! Honda simply not the same.
