I especially liked Valerie because she explained everything I had questions about and offered her expertise about things I didn’t know much about. Not for one minute did I feel like I was expected to know a whole lot about cars but after working with Valerie, I know more than when I arrived there. Valerie has excellent customer service, and friendly, we even shared a few car stories and laughs. From moment I brought the car in I was made to feel as though I had done something to the car. Communication was poor and I did the research to figure out what was wrong with the car. Clearly no desire to provide quality customer service. At this point I don’t know that I will return to your dealership. Truly a terrible experience.
