Rudy is fantastic, I've no issue with him. Rudy went on vacation so I was handed off to another representative who initially tried to extort a 100% markup (over Lincoln's price online) on consumables for the digital scent system, then condescended to me about how the system works. It's clear that once he knew the cartriages were nearly empty (which I stated from the beginning) he stopped listening to what I described as the issue and assumed I was an idiot who didn't know how the system works. By the way, the digital scent system is still not working.
