Karina was polite, friendly and professional. Her communication and setting expectations (I didn’t have an appointment) was incredibly helpful. I’d definitely come back to this location for future service just because of Karina’s superb customer service.

I’m having a huge issue with your team. When I purchased my truck I was sold 10 oil changes with my truck purchase. Today, I returned for the 2nd oil change and I was told that it was not covered and that I needed to pay a fee of $110 and that apparently they don’t have anything on record regarding the 10 oil changes. They pulled up my contract and it obviously wasn’t there but I was told by finance that this was included. So I’m really upset and feeling defeated for not requesting in paper what was told to me in person. I was played and lied by your team basically.
