My rear right light was not put on properly. I called and left a message the day I picked up and got it home. Headlights don’t turn on, been using the brights at night. Other than those things I’m satisfied

This was my 3rd time that my car would not start. I had called in for an appointment and the lady(Ashley) who was scheduling appointments said they could not see me until the following Wed, which would have been 6 days. When I shared, the car literally does not start and I was just expected to oblige to waiting 6 days, she said there was nothing she could do. When I asked her if I could get and email regarding the appointment she said she could not and she does not have a work email. A supervisor later was able to schedule me for Tuesday (they ended up see me same day.
I went back and forth with my Service Advisor on what I thought was the issue of my car, and not being able to start a total of 4 times in the past 1.5 years. I was frustrated that I heard a different issue every single time. This time for the second time I was told it was a battery issue (I had this battery replaced a little more than a year ago because of the same issue). When I inquired why a battery wouldn’t last for even more than 2 years, I was told “you cannot predict how long a battery will last”. There was nothing else I could do but to replace it. So I did, I told I would be charged $95.47 + tax. When I got the text to pay online to pick it up I was being charged $125.05, which did not make sense to me and I could not see an itemized invoice. So I inquired again, the answer I got “oh that was wrong, let me get the actual charge”. Not even an apology.
How am I supposed to trust 1)a servicer that cannot fully explain why my car doesn’t start 2)a servicer who I have to second guess what I’m being charged 3)a servicer who says they do not have an email to even send me an email?? It truly made me question why I’ve stayed loyal to a brand that does not even considers their customers. So disappointed.

First off, the check in desk was so loud from this girl in a chair. That hannah had to push the girl chair away from the desk and music was blasting from parts store. All this lead to a misunderstanding. I told hannah i just wanted to purchase the wipers insert and that I would be installing it myself. Hannah Thought she heard I said i want the technician to installed it. I ended up paying $8 dollar more, i even mention to Hannah i was having financial hardship. I never had any trouble with Saul or any other check-ins.

There is currently a warning light on my car.
I have never been in an accident, and the warning suddenly appeared while I was driving, which was very alarming. The warning indicated a problem with the brake lights and turn signals. However, the lights themselves were still functioning properly — the only issue was that the turn signals were blinking faster than usual.
Because of this, I was shocked to be told that I would need to pay around $190. Since this was not caused by anything I did and appears to be a defect or issue with the vehicle itself, I do not believe it is fair to charge me for the repair.

I’ve been coming to Norm Reeves for anything my car needs for a little over two years now. I used to be amazed by how helpful you guys were and how much you seemed to genuinely care about the customer. The past few times I’ve come in I haven’t felt the same but my last experience has made me consider looking for new places to get service instead. I came in last Tuesday for my regularly scheduled maintenance, but was informed I should be getting one of the more expensive packages due to my mileage which I was happy to do. Later in the day I received a text from Candice informing me that they found a hose in my engine that needed to be replaced ASAP and asked if I wanted to order the part. I said yes and expected to speak with her more when I picked up the car on Tuesday but was not greeted by her when I came to pick up my car and when I asked the person helping me with payment if I could speak to her they didn’t help me find her. When I returned on Thursday after the part arrived, I was surprised to find it was a $1,000+ job. In the past my representatives would include the price of any additional work in their texts to me so I was fully aware of what I was getting. Where I was also upset was back in January of 2025 I was getting my engine replaced with you guys and was upsold on getting “all hoses and belts replaced” as a precaution. I was upset to find out that this engine hose was for some reason not included with that and when I asked in person what other parts I should keep an eye out for I was not given an answer. As a positive I will say Candice was helpful getting me a loaner car and tried to get me a discount for the service, but overall it was not the Norm Reeves experience I used to think highly of
