Martin was great, very helpful and great communication throughout the day.
Other service members were not as professional and one of the greeters drove my car into the service center without putting on a spare tire first. The tire blew out on the freeway and I had the car towed in. This seemed ridiculous because the tire was completely removed from the rim. Also, another female service center member was pretty aggressive in her tone. We are not used to that as I previously used the Metro Honda center and all staff are extremely pleasant and professional.

The service mt Far provide to me is great I trust him I don’t have any negative comentario and believe me if I did I would not wait I will complain in persone, of course I wish your prices warent that high specially with regular customers but I think it have nothing to do with him .
