Everything went very smoothly. Joseph was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I dropped my car off the evening before, and he contacted me first thing in the morning with feedback about the vehicle. I honestly expected the process to take much longer, but by around noon I already received a message saying the car was ready. When I arrived, he greeted me very warmly and professionally.
