Service at the front desk was great. Servicing my vehicle was not. Went in for an oil change and I always check my engine bay after service. Then I see oil residue on my engine. Particularly on my valve cover and under the ignition coil pack. I understand accidents happen but this could of been avoided and cleaned. Now I have to clean up someone's mess. Unacceptable.

We were on the road traveled into Irvine from Kansas City. Luis (KC Sean) and the service team did a great job of diagnosing our brake problem and getting it done expedite so we could continue our travel. Not a complaint, just something to consider. After spending over $2,000 on repairs, I was surprised the Pilot was returned to us unwashed. In KC where we have our Pilot serviced at O’Neil Honda it is always returned to us washed, even after just an oil change. Again just Something for your customer service.

Jessica was fantastic: friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. However, the past several times that I’ve brought my two cars to Honda in Vista, when I arrive for maintenance I’m told that I’m going to be charged $129 or $232, and then after an hour or two, the simple A1 service has rocketed to $800 or $900 and the extra services are “highly recommended” if not “essential”. From now on, I will be seeking a second opinion from a trusted mechanic. Also, after service, the interior of my car reeked so badly that I drove directly to Chevron for Little Tree air fresheners. Not enough. So I stopped at Target, too, and bought a can of Lysol. Again, Jessica was great, but something there has changed and that’s too bad..

The air conditioner hasn’t worked since this vehicle was purchased. I paid to fix it at a local repair shop. The owner said this yr and model have defective air con. He said it has a recall. After it went out the 2nd time I took it to Honda W Covina. I was told to bring it back for repair of air con which was on a recall. I brought the vehicle in this week, was told it needed a diagnostic and an oil change. It was done and we paid over $200 for the diagnostic and no resolve on the air conditioner. You people lie and cheat and have done so from the beginning. It was basically $300 for an oil change. When I purchased the vehicle I found out later you changed my APR from 1.99 to 2.99 and overcharged $500 on my contract. You promised a 2nd FOB which I never got as well. I’ve contacted the state board of automotive repair and filed a complaint and will yelp and make sure others know what a cheat and rip off you people are.

Service and repairs were completed extremely fast, but did not feel a good amount of communication between me and my advisor. Granted Enrique was off the day I was supposed to receive a call back. I never received a call back from any other service advisor that Enrique appointed to call me. It definitely would have made the pick up of my vehicle a lot easier. Other than needing more communication from my advisor I had a great experience.
