I appreciate that the team fixed the rattling noise in the dash, thank you very much. I do still struggle with how to get my car to stop asking me to “experience drive connect”. I don’t want it and it comes up in my screen every 5 minutes, interfering with my navigation etc. any help in this regard would be appreciated.

I was so impressed with Nichole. The minute she came to my car and introduced herself it was like I was her only client. My truck has been there for 2 weeks. Its totalled and I've been trying to get it out of there so I can buy a new one. The service department will not return any calls to my insurance company or myself. When my insurance company called they said the truck wasnt there. I have been there 5 times and had to take pictures to send to the insurance company to show its there. I'm in the market for a new truck and I wouldn't buy anything from Norm Reeves, even if Norm gave me the money.

I've been servicing my cars exclusively at Norm Reeves for 13 years. This is my 1st complaint, and it's fairly mild.
I was told that I would be there for an hour and a half; I was there for over two hours.
While I waited, I took a walk. When I returned, I saw that my car was finished. I'm parked outside the garage. It took a half hour longer before I was called to the desk.
