Benito was fantastic. He went out of his way to really help solve my problems and saved so much of my time. That experience with him is what I call true customer service. I will come back here for all my car servicing needs.

I brought my car in for a recall issue, but I had to wait almost an hour before a technician approached my car to examine it. That was ok, your service dept. was busy. But I had to wait another hour until your shuttle van came. After all of that, when the technician sent me a summary of everything he saw that was wrong with my car, he sends me a list totaling almost $5,000. Was this a hook and line bait your techs are using?

Overall good service but there was some miscommunication on total amount due to- when I received the text, I was under the impression that my total would be $566 - to be sure,
I entered in the comments section that I authorized $566 for grand total - ended up being $800 plus because the text amount was in addition to the previously authorized amount. That was not clear. Other than that, everything was great.
