My truck has been there for 2 weeks. Its totalled and I've been trying to get it out of there so I can buy a new one. The service department will not return any calls to my insurance company or myself. When my insurance company called they said the truck wasnt there. I have been there 5 times and had to take pictures to send to the insurance company to show its there. I'm in the market for a new truck and I wouldn't buy anything from Norm Reeves, even if Norm gave me the money.
