I made an appt specifically with Ariel who confirmed the appt the day before. Today when I showed up, she was not there and out sick. Someone should have called me to let me know because I specifically wanted to work with her. I ended up getting Jesse instead. My passenger mirror was cracked but fully functional. Could adjust in all directions. The tech who replaced the mirror said when he removed the cracked mirror, a piece of the joint cracked causing the mirror to no longer be able to move right. Jesse also admitted that when the mirror is removed there is a 50% chance the mirror will not function properly. No one else has told me this. Not Ariel and not Honda Poway who I initially got a quote from. On the completion form the tech noted to replace mirror entirely bc the left and right function doesn’t work. It did work prior to this replacement. The tech broke my mirror and is now trying to say it was already broken and I need to replace entire thing. I brought in my car with a cosmetic mirror problem and now Honda created a functional problem which is worse. I am extremely disappointed in this Honda center after today’s visit. Dishonest and I have asked Jessica the manager to call me on Monday. Please fix this issue that your tech caused. If there was a chance that you would break my mirror I wouldn’t have bothered to get it replaced with new glass.

Service at the front desk was great. Servicing my vehicle was not. Went in for an oil change and I always check my engine bay after service. Then I see oil residue on my engine. Particularly on my valve cover and under the ignition coil pack. I understand accidents happen but this could of been avoided and cleaned. Now I have to clean up someone's mess. Unacceptable.

We were on the road traveled into Irvine from Kansas City. Luis (KC Sean) and the service team did a great job of diagnosing our brake problem and getting it done expedite so we could continue our travel. Not a complaint, just something to consider. After spending over $2,000 on repairs, I was surprised the Pilot was returned to us unwashed. In KC where we have our Pilot serviced at O’Neil Honda it is always returned to us washed, even after just an oil change. Again just Something for your customer service.
