The adviser who helped me was Robert.
He did an excellent job on taking my car to get it fixed, but at the end of the vehicle being fixed I did not get any notification or any update or any online website whatsoever. I had to call 30 minutes before the places close to check if my car was ready. I found out that my car was ready sitting in the lot but was never notified to the customer. This needs to be arranged because I felt left out and not wanting to come back. Thank you.
