Joseph was very rude. He did not explain how procedures of a diagnostic service on my car when I spoke to him. I was very confused as to why I had to leave my car because I made no prior arrangements. I asked him “why” and he sent me to Mike V the manager. I told Mike V that I did not want to deal with him based on how rude he was to me. Someone was texting me regarding updates on my car and at the end, I come to find that it was Joseph the whole time. I went to drop off the rental that Mike V arranged only to find out from Enterprise that someone at Honda did not approve the extension of the rental. I was very disappoint at how I was treated. I still don’t understand what I did, initially, to be treated so rudely by Joseph. No respect and no customer service. This is a poor reflection on Norm Reeves and now I understand why such a poor service department rating.

Communication even between departments was horrible. Service seemed to take longer than expected and then got higher prices for the service being completed. Then to top it off and get home an hour away and find that my high and low ac ports are missing the caps. Leaves much more to be desired from the workmanship and overall quality of the service center.

No I did no get the service requested - only partial. I asked for a diaganostic and got only a visual inspection, I asked for the passenger seat to be checked - and she wrote the drivers seat? They had my car all day to replace one windshield wiper. At the end of the day I got a text of a bill will no conversation. I could not reach her by phone as unbeknownst to me - she had gone home. When I tried to callservice, parts or the operator - no one answered. I called sales and asked for a manager but only got a voicemail. I needed to request a shuttle and had to call sales to get 8t. For me - it was a failure of service and I had to come back the next day for the requested checks and to get a missing bolt for my passenger seat. I was handled well on my second visit by Luis

Although my first day was a complete failure....Luis stepped on and made it all right. He gave me an appointment on the second day and made my situation a priority and did the requested services. He wasprofessional and made my experience his personal responsibility - and I felt that. He did me right and I appreciate his efforts.

Only complaint my car was not washed, there was so much dust and dirt covering the outside of my newly detailed vehicle. I normally take my vehicle to Capistrano VW where they wash my car at each visit, I was surprised to see how dirty my car war was especially the windshield.

Zavala is great to communicate the status of the work. The 2 days with out a loaner is not acceptable since we are seniors and one car family. The passenger front door won’t open from inside which is very dangerous and the update still shows black image for apple play.
