I enjoyed dealing with Clayton for getting my car repairs. He even came out and put the rubber on my wipers before I left. When I went to buy the rubbers for the wipers, I remembered that I had a $50 discount. I took it back to him and showed him and he was very kind about it and deducted it from my credit card.

Came in with a coupon for my oil change. Coupon was sent to my email for the only Honda I have, my pilot. She goes on to yell me that the coupon invalid because has a different vin number. Why send it to me then? Do the service manager approves the coupon where she goes on to tell me she’s noting my account so another wouldn’t be honored. Like it’s coming out of her check. Please! Don’t send personalized emails with coupons with other peoples car info because I’m going to assume it’s for me, and don’t threaten my with notes on my account for trying to use a coupon. She really needed to get a grip.

Settings were not set back.
It appears that I may have been overcharged on some items.
Hard to tell from the invoice but oil? Filter, and tire rotation should be no charge since I have complimentary basic maintenance for first 36 months or 36000 miles.
