Why is the brake fluid filled way above the max line. How do I fix that.

George was great but my car was covered in greasy fingerprints. All over the hood all over my door handle and on 2 quarter panels. My bill was $1600+ so I feel that my car should have been returned to me in the same visual condition I dropped it off in.
