I dropped off my car at 8am for a maintenance appointment, I was told it would take about 2 hours. When I saw my car needed a little more work I had to call in and from there I was told it would be ready at 1:30. At 1:20 I was texted my car would be ready at 3pm. I totally understand that the service department was very busy but I was frustrated that the time would change without communication of a realistic time frame.

Denise Lopez is an amazing service provider. She is very good at communicating maintenance items and their nature when it comes to either routine maintenance or walk in request.
