Lack of communication. Eric brought our vehicle in for a recall to repair or replace the back uo camera. When it was dropped off, we were told it would take just a few hours. Yes it was done within that time frame. We picked up the car, drove home, reversed into the driveway and noticed the camera wasn't working. We called the service department and were told that "Oh yes, we had to remove the old one, order a new one, and we'll call you back to make another appointment to have the new one installed. Poor communication on your teams' part. It would have been nice to have been told this when the original appointment was made. Not completely satisfied.

I was not explained about any time of warranty miles on my tire purchase - which I had to ask for ..I did not get any feedback on the car status of the other tires and any overall maintenance suggestions.. I don’t feel like the CS rep was listening to anything I had to say :(

Ramen initially made a mistake and had me wait outside for a service representative, who never arrived. The dealership manager, I don't recall his name, rescued the situation and had me taken care of. Ramen accepted the comments I had made to the manager. Ramen was very polite and took good care of me after that. I feel Norm Reeves Honda of Vista is well managed, and has good employees.

The service manager that helped me was very cold and rude as soon as he came in. His name was Jonathan. Then he took my car in and didn’t give me an estimate of when my vehicle would be ready. I came in for a recall notice for the steering gear box so he would know roughly how long that would take. Then when i came to pick up my keys he was again rude and did not explain if they found anything. Until i grabbed my receipt and had to ask him what had been done to my vehicle. Lack of communication is why i would not return to this dealer
