Besides my wife waiting 4 hours to find out the problem with our Honda Pilot while the service manager went to lunch , half way home, she had to come back & leave our car at the dealer because it was unsafe to drive, she still had to wait 1 more hour to get a loaner car. Her experience was very bad. That was 2 weeks ago. Our 6 week old Honda pilot has been at your dealership for 2 weeks. She had to call Honda and ask about our Honda 4 days ago since nobody from the service dept. called us. No communication, no phone calls, just a text I got yesterday at 6:09pm saying that the last pick up time is at 5pm ? Our overall experience was pretty bad

Took 1and a half hours. Charge 450.00 for a key fob. That could have been done at Costco for 200$ in 20 minutes . I was ripped off and wasted 2 hours of our time. Asked for a tire pressure check on a tire that was never done.
I was abused and ripped off!!!
