I asked for the express service via the website (oil change, fluid top off, inspection, tire rotation), and was told by my original agent to expect 2 hrs. Nearly 3 hours later the agent walks up to me and informs me the mechanics recommend possible rear brake replacement. Highly recommend reviewing what “express” service actually means, and highly recommend agents contact their clients sooner to discuss potential repairs. I did not expect the delay in service nor was I informed. Thanks!
