Leo has great customer service. He answers all of my questions and concerns. He definitely knows his job well and is great at it.

I was given a very long list of needs, including oil change. The invoice was over 3K. I provided warranty agreement. Representative states no coverage. I was not prepared to pay full amount of assessed needs. Was very disappointed in overall explanation was not provided. I went to pick up my car. Was told 210.00 fee. I asked could the oil change be rendered. I was told by Jimmy ****, no. So I had no satisfaction with either Representative. Pain 210.00 received no service on the list. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Luis Marquez. Today, I dropped off my car before 9:30 AM . Around noon I received an automated text with service recommendations. I attempted to call him multiple times to discuss the recommendations—left a voicemail asking to speak with him. Instead of calling back, he just texted “please review and let me know.” I replied asking him to talk to me first and explain things, and he never responded. Frustrated, I called service and asked to be picked up because I planned to schedule the work with someone else. That’s when Luis finally called me back, and I ended up approving the services. He said it would take about 2 hours. When the 2 hours were up, I called and asked for a shuttle so I could wait in the lobby. I was told the shuttle would be picking me up immediately. After waiting 15 minutes, I gave up and asked someone else to drop me off. When I arrived, Luis was already gone and I had to check out with another advisor. To top it all off, an hour after I was told the shuttle was coming “immediately,” I was pulling up into my driveway—and that’s when I got a call saying the shuttle was outside to pick me up.

Outstanding service

1) I checked to confirm that transportation would be available to drop me off after taking me car it. It was not. And took 45 minutes to get it sorted out. Things happen. But no one seemed attentive or seemed to actually want to assist. Not great customer service. 2) I was told “$150 total” then “we won’t charge more than the $214 you authorized” and the final estimate was $365. The charges were unclear and kept going up. It felt like a bait and switch. It’s not a good look to seem like you’re hiding or adding in charges. 3) $880 of services were “recommended” but none of those things were related to the inspection that was completed. I had to ask about the inspection items and then I was told how important it was to do those things. How important could they be if the “trusted professionals” didn’t actually notice them, or bring them up, or suggest way to take care of them until I followed up. And in the meantime suggest an additional $880 of work. Shady shady shady. Customer service wasn’t great, I didn’t feel like my car was being taken care of, and I felt like I was being taken for a ride, and milked for money. The rep I worked with was nice and attempted good communication but these issues are glaring. I wouldn’t recommend Norm Reeves and I wouldn’t come back.

I received prompt service and answers to questions regarding other repairs I would be needing in the near future.
