First thing- when arriving.. I waited about an hr just to drop off vehicle to be serviced on a scheduled appointment. Customer service reps also didn’t seem interested in helping. A lot of sitting at desks playing with phones. When I went to pick up vehicle.. same thing happened my service rep said someone else can help you and sent me to another person then as that person tried to assist she ended up coming up and giving me everything. All and all wasn’t a great experience for a place I’ve done business before with hopefully in the future it will get better.
