Denise is always so friendly and attentive. She does her best to try to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible. Explains everything to me and goes over the cost. I appreciate her customer service. Excellent job.

So disappointed with the service departments lack of customer hospitality. Julie Canales made me feel as if I was a huge waste of her time. She could not be bothered to listen or understand the issues I was having with my brand new car and to be honest she didn’t seem to care at all. I will never be back or buy another car from this dealership. She performed the absolute bare minimum and made it a point to tell me I didn’t have to come back to Norm Reeves.
