I’m very grateful that Ariel and Jesse pointed out my front tires are unsafe to drive!! if they had not shown me their finding, I would’ve been on a trip to Los Angeles tomorrow morning and probably had a major issue with a tire blowing out with it being as worn as it is. I’m now scheduled to have the front tires replaced at 7 o’clock Saturday morning, May 10.

From the very first day that I walked into Norm Reeves, I spoke with Vivian, who is so eager and willing to help me she went above and beyond to help me write out everything that my car needed and then when it came down to getting the work done and scheduling an appointment and getting me in and out from getting me a shuttle to go home and back there everything worked out perfectly Vivian is definitely an asset to the company such high integrity very friendly. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

Nathaniel Arce was extremely rude, condescending, and made it seem like I was burdening him. I had an appointment, but he immediately came off as annoyed that he had to help me out. Then, when I spoke to him about the work I needed done, he was extremely rude about it. This was my first time back getting service at the dealership, and it confirmed my belief that I should not come back.
