Took our new civic to Norm Reeves for a concern about the paint finish. Tony took the car in and promised he would fix the problem. The car received a complete detail, was done ahead of time and looked beautiful!

I feel that I was scammed by Honda and I don’t believe I will ever buy another Honda.
I recently purchased a used car in December from this dealer and I will never buy another car again.
I paid $2K for a repair last month, only for them to tell me that it was something else and I need to pay another $3K.
They did not correctly diagnose my car the first time and I can no longer trust this company.
