However, one of the service techinician (Miguel) turned us away when we have a scheduled appointment at 12:00 pm, and we arrived around 12:10pm due to several road bloackage and saying we need to reschedule again because it’s too late. And grateful to Kevin Harris who helped me resolve this issue as soon as possible and was able to assist us.

I left the car on Thursday afternoon and was told that I would be updated Friday morning. I had to call around 12:45 PM and was told they were still doing the diagnostic. How long does that take? Alex called around 1:30 PM and told me it would be over $1,400. to change the alternator. I had to plead and ask for discounts just to get a break on the $169 diagnostic fee. I will try to avoid this place.
