Edward and the foreman worked hard and smart to resolve an intermittent noise in the car. They found a loose bolt in the back, likely left over from the manufacturing process . Highly commendable job.

I waited 20 min to be seen although I had an appointment. After that I requested shuttle to go back to work and they told me to wait in the lobby. 40 minutes later and no one came for me so I went back out and asked again and they said the shuttle is outside you can to right now but the car wont be done til 4pm. They asked if I need shuttle back and I said yes ill be ready 4pm. At 4:30 i started calling the dealership and leaving messages and I haven't heard back tol 7pm. They called and asked if I was going to pick up my car since they closing. At that time I been waiting in the street for 3 hours stranded. I told them I been waitinf for the shuttle and they said sorry we can send you an Uber but we will call back. 30 min later they called saying they cant find Uber and I should find my own Uber to get there and then they can take it off my payment. I was walking in straight to talk to a supervisor and cancel my service and request to put my old breaks back on because I dont want that bad service again. But at that time everyone was gone and only the service person was waiting to hand me the keys. I didn't cause a scene since he kept apologizing and saying he was covering for someone else and didn't organize his customers. This is unacceptable and ill never go back to your Toyota. If this matter was not addressed ill make sure to leave a review on the website with all the details and screenshot of all the calls I made that were never answered and the messages I texted that were never answered. Its ridiculous for your dealership to overbook their workers and treat the customers with this disrespect

Hello my service advisor is alway being Mr Mike Hernandez and wondering why I did not receive a survey for him. I will talk about him first - Mr Hernandez as I said my service advisor when he was with DCH in Rancho Santa Margarita. His being always very professional, honest, nice and he takes care of the business. With Mr Pagan first time I met he is professional, honest and knowledgeable like Mr Hernandez.
