The routine service was ok, however there was a stain on the back seat, apparently they tried to remove it but left it worse. The technician told me someone would be contacting me to bring the car and have the problem repaired, I have not been contacted. Thanks and I look forward for a response.

On a 10pt scale I’d give a 9. Reason:when my brand new car was returned from service there was a black smudge mark on the leather door arm. Before I purchased my car, I was told that I would get 2 free oil changes but when I spoke with Alex, he informed me that I would only get 1. He said the two oil changes were for the 2024 models not the 2025. I came back to Norm Reeves for my purchase because of Nick. I could have had the same deal plus wheel locks and my spoiler. Now I have to cover both items out of my pocket plus an additional oil change.

I usually feel like your service team is looking out for me, which is why I come back. Today it just felt like I was dealing with a salesman. I came to have something small checked out, and before I knew it, I had $2,000 worth of services offered to me and when I expressed that that was WAY MORE than I could spend today, he was throwing a finance brochure my way. Wow. Okay. Thanks for listening, Mr. Salesman. He still got $1,000 out of me today, and all the charges weren’t entirely clear when I left there. My head was spinning, to be honest.
On my way home, the small thing I wanted checked on my car seems to still be a problem. So yeah, not real happy with my experience today. And I’m out 1,000 bucks.
