Mary was excellent, we have nothing but praise for her.
But we found the automated phone service at your dealership frustrating. It kept redirecting our calls to automated text replies or referred us to your web page. We found it impossible to reach a live person by telephone. Texting is ineffeicient and impersonal. It does not measure up to the quality of service advertized my a premier delership.

I don’t like that I was discouraged by the tech to not check my car about issues I’m experiencing with the steering wheel when driving on the highway. Very condescending, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced “annoyed” attitude by the service team. The only positive experience I’ve had at Honda was when I purchased the car, everything after was been disappointing. You guys need to train these guys a little better.
