I went in for the recall on my Honda CRV and had an appointment for an oil change as well. I told Joseph this. Nothing was mentioned to me about the Fuel Induction/Throttle Body Service that is recommended. When I picked up my car Joseph was at lunch so someone else helped me and gave me the paperwork and my keys and I was told my car was parked in the lot. I got to my car and the smell of gasoline was very strong inside so I drove with the car windows down. I wish I was warned about the smell. When I got home I looked at my paperwork and there was no Multi-Point Inspection report attached. The main reason I take my car to Honda is for this report. I’m very disappointed. They promise that the car will be ready in 1 and a half hour but I waited for 2 hours. I had to call the service dept to ask about the status of my car. The txt that the car is ready was late. I already approached my service advisor. Why do we have to look for our own car when it’s done unlike in other Honda dealership somebody drives the car park it in front of the service dept. You can also request to have it washed
