We had a pre-arranged appointment for an oil change and dropped our vehicle at the arranged time. We were told it would take 1-2 hrs to complete and left to do other business. Upon returning to the service department 2 hrs later, we discovered that our vehicle had not yet even been taken in to start our service? The service writer explained that they had been very busy, and could not start our service? She explained that we would have to wait 1-2 hrs more for the service to be completed? I explained that this would not be acceptable to us and asked for our keys back, and that we would be taking our car to a different service provider. She then made arrangements to get our car in at that time, but we still had to wait another hour? My question is why do I need an appointment to have service done if that schedule is not adhere to? I. The future we may take our vehicle elsewhere for service!

I typically pay $65 for an oil change and was surprised when I got the call about how much I was charged for an oil change only. I find it very expensive as I paid $91 for the oil change. I would have liked to know what I was going to be paying but felt rushed when I brought the vehicle in. Moving forward I will be having oil changes elsewhere

Every friendly staff and great text updates during the time my Subaru was in for service. Price for oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection was very reasonable as compared to the local tire shop and I have the confidence that the right service was performed since they deal in Subaru’s.
