We are assuming the work was good, however the customer service was very bad. We waited 6 hours before our car was ready, and there was no offer of a rental vehicle or an apology for how long it took. Service agents seemed to think it was perfectly fine to have us wait 30 minutes just to complete paperwork after our car was finished. Our appointment was at 8:45 am and the service agents took the car at 11:36 am. That’s almost 3 hours after we arrived. Please be more respectful of people’s time.
